Hmm, the promise errors are probably MTS, try updating and/or disabling that and seeing if PC works again? I have no idea if they should be able to negatively interact, I feel like they shouldn't, but truthfully idk. I don't think JR uses that coding style though, seems mostly something Kada utilizes but hard to be 100% sure if its mts or another script with all the truncated text.
