I got my rentals too and I have no idea what to do anymore this year. I have been doing them fine the past few years since it was fairly easy, however with each new rental, comes the added confusion of what I can and cant write off from the HUD1. I've been buying a couple a year now and I can't help but think I've been leaving money on the table every year after working with her this year.
