I used to sell on Etsy. I couldn't make Divinity fast enough. Talk about forearm strength!

The first time I whipped egg whites with my mixer, I basically weeped tears of joy, because of recipes like this. Matt could not understand why the first thing I did was make a souffle...like 10 minutes after I unwrapped it.
