    Airwrecka at lunch told me that I need to stop taking it so personally (which I find hard when its an attack on my work).
    She asked me "What's the worst that can happen? You get fired? So what?"

    as satisfying as your solution would make me feel, that would ramp the worst that can happen into "Jail" XD
