Pros:
I have done hits for DQ three other times and they have always approved. They are quick, easy, and very fair in payment. I love that not a lot of turkers do them yet and I can average a few dollars in less time than it takes to do zoltars.

Cons:
The only issues is sometimes they load into the turk window and do not open automatically in another window, so always right click to open hit.
