Thanks everyone for the advice. It was not Amazon, it was from a decor store that sells handmade items. She doesn't think the company is going to be able to help because they might not be able to replace it. She'll try reaching out to them. So far, no neighbors have told us of anything and I've been home all day.

I'm glad that people are enjoying it, but it's been reading as repetitive, annoying, and really hard to tune out to me and it feels like it's been getting worse.

I think there are more than a few people that aren't directly participating in the conversation and are annoyed or alienated. I don't think it's bad to be in a thread like this, but I don't prefer it.
