It's funny and cute if it's a completely fake cat.

It is not remotely funny or amusing, nothing but gross and disgusting, if it is a real cat.

Pretty sure turning dead pets into flying toys is something people would freak out over no matter what country they're from. It's really kinda gross and weird. I can understand taxidermy display animals for scholastic or even decorative purposes, but turning it into a toy is just weird.
