    I think they charge everyone taxes now, if I remember correctly. They might just not have changed the location requirement when everything changed. I'm in Utah and can't do them either.

    No, it's absolutely about the sales tax, but MTurk isn't exactly a priority for Amazon. They change it when they change it. I remember Ohio residents being well past their tax collection time, many months, and they still weren't added until I think sometime in the middle of last year. So just because they started collecting in your state doesn't mean much in terms of being able to do A9s and other Amazon requesters, but it is the reason for the exclusions. @MatchBox11 same for you as Utah is a new tax collecting state. And there are still states that don't collect. One day, they'll suddenly be available, but don't expect it too soon.
