No, I just messaged the first time. So weird. I did a search for my ID number and it didn't come up, but when I pulled up all of their hits and searched through manually I found it. Maybe you need to wait, or search again soon? If not, I'd likely email them and ask why everyone else got a personal hit and you did not.
