Oh speaking of coffee and energy drinks, I think the forum would be happy to hear I've 90% cut out energy drinks but on the rare case we go out in the mornings. Along with soda. We cut soda out mostly as well and just get a rare case maybe once a month if that. Holy fuck did that help on weight and trickle money!

Oh my god does cutting energy drinks and soda help! I used to buy energy drinks every day but have cut it down to maybe 1 a month, if that. My wallet is much heavier now which also helps maintain my weight

I think so, I'm spectrumed out the butt and REEEEEE all the time.

 

French press. No joke. It's so easy and I get strong coffee that still makes me gittery. I used to down at least an energy drink a day, now I'm one to two cups of this coffee at most. No later then 6pm either or else I can't sleep and become a raging Grinch the next day.
