    Bagel & cream cheese+yogurt+kambucha works for me & is my 'default' breakfast. Quiet, quick, decently healthy [probs mostly marketing/placebo] if you don't buy the sugar bread version w/ sugar cheese.     when I had to leave my house for work at o' dark thirty in the morning (3 am) I kept a baggy of hard boiled eggs already peeled in the fridge. I'd grab 1 or 2 and an individual cup of yogurt. Since I work from home now I get a big container yogurturt cause its cheeper either way super convient. You could also go with single serving sizes of cottage cheese if you like that, personally I struggle with the texture but to each their own.

    Yeah, I can't really do PB&J for breakfast especially. I usually don't want sweet stuff right off the bat. Besides creamer in my coffee... :dunno:
