Tech Help


I usually connect my desktop to the internet using an Ethernet cable except for one thing I do that requires a wifi connection. I tried connecting to the wifi yesterday and could not connect. It is fine on ethernet and every other computer phone and tablet in my house is able to connect to the wifi just not mu desktop.

I've reset the router
removed and known network and then "Reconnected" to the one I want but it keeps telling me there is no internet connection then when I run the trouble shooting I get this
