    I don't know where I put it, but the best recipe I found for chicago style was sort of a mix between pizza dough and biscuit dough. A little cornmeal in the dough, then dusting with cornmeal and laminate the dough several times.

    Side note: My favorite pizza in Chicago is Pequod's. That ring of crispy burnt cheese...mmmm.....

    I lived in Chicago for a few years and liked Giordano's. I wish I had tried that place.

    Haven't had a chance to try Gino's yet. Now that my research is almost complete, it's time to start doing my rounds of the other Chicago style pizza, thin crust tavern-cut.
