I've always just wanted you to take a small salary from TH for the work you do. But you seem to want to refuse. But if you get more than needed one month, I think you should give yourself permission to take a percentage over the donation limit as payment to yourself.

Edit: I agree it isn't difficult, just time intensive to integrate with the platform we already have here. And anything more than 30 minutes for something that isn't going to get used (to your first point) is pointless for me.

Lol, the difficulty isn't high, just time intensive to setup correctly. Its mostly the fact that any time invested for something that isn't going to get used and wont function w/o heavy usage is .. pointless.

How about something a lot more simplistic? I was thinking more along the lines of sticking in something that aggregates info like time to completion, inquisit usage, etc into a dedicated page (on the Wiki?). All exports would get an automatically-generated requester page, any replies to exports would add the post content to the requester's page. Doesn't have the problem of adoption rate and extra work filling out forms.

I had heard of people abusing TO but always thought it was overstated, how much of a problem are false ratings?

Yeah. The new TO will be a little better than what we currently have too, but I won't be using it for anything more than I currently do now.

As much as we have confidence in the great :adore:@ChrisTurk to save us from all our tech woes :emoji_raised_hands: , I don't think you could solve the fundamental problems with TO. It would take a great deal of work from you, the mods, and the people contributing. To make the concept work you need a higher caliber of turker contributing, and I think most of them aren't going to put in the effort for it. Instead most of the people who contribute are these turkeys

I'm fine with TO how it is. I get a good laugh from the reviews. A decent portion of the work I do is hidden from people who filter hits.

I don't leave good TO usually. That doesn't benefit me. I don't lie and post bad TO just to keep people away either. But I don't go correcting other peoples lies either. Their desperate need to bash something good just so others don't do it is my win, I guess.

This is how I personally feel about TO. Like I said above, TO being bad benefits intelligent, self sufficient workers. :emoji_laughing:

But if enough people really wanted it, its not out of the question to create.

I don't think that's really fair. I get the majority of my hits from here and I don't think that makes me a bad worker. I'm just utilizing what is available and hopefully giving a little back which is what I believe TO was originally for.
