I've done vinegar as well as Nature's Miracle and another enzyme cleaner that I think Oxy puts out.
We have three cats and he is the only one that has the problem and its only when he wants to go out and we won't let him because its freezing or raining.
He uses the litter box just fine and this is the only spot he will purposely pee in.
