I did calls for agricultural research and surveys for a couple of years and I used to get asked out by guys in Wyoming and Montana and Colorado. Married guys would try to set me up with friends or brothers. People would even invite me and my family to stop and visit if we were ever "out their way." It seemed like everybody out there was lonely.

 

My mom is a 50 year old chubby black lady, self-made but not traditionally educated. She works in finance when she uses her phone voice she often gets 'I can just picture you, I bet you're a blonde southern belle, ivy-league educated' on the phone with male customers lol.

But I have been hit on before through craigslist when trying to sell items, so I think the only place a female human can really expect to not get hit on is 6 feet underground (was going to say funeral, but in my favorite dress and an open casket, who knows)
