    Yea that will kill your results. Few requesters are going to have TO that high. I mean those are great but if you only stick to those you'll be thirsty for work. TO is a good indicator of a requester but def not the only thing you should go by.

    1) that's really high
    2) A lot of requesters only have a few reviews and a single bad review (which may or may not be deserved) will bring them down enough to not show up in your results.
