    The guy I @'d earlier is the only one I've ever seen mention working for Appen since MTG was around. IIRC he got randomly dropped from the project he had been assigned for months w/o much explanation but otherwise always spoke highly of the work. Take that for what you'd take a 2nd hand TO review for, of course, but just trying to relay from memory.

    But if you enjoy it also checkout Lionbridge - who is either the ones behind the Endor accounts or otherwise integrated with that particular Google system. Kind of a not very clear relationship going on there, but AFAIK they're more similar to Appen than mTurk with the tests and formality of it all.

    Overall though you see the same shit said about Appen / Lionbridge / UpWork / et all as you do about mTurk. It works for some folks, not others.

    I did a 5 step in about 20 minutes, I didn't even notice the timer, I just assumed it was 60 minutes for some reason. I expect you would get faster with practice but I don't think I would do another until this one approves so I can see if they leave any feedback.
