    My psychiatrist said mine was just an oral fixation too. I enjoy going through the process more than the actual smoking. I said, "But have you ever smoked a home rolled Menthol?" lol

    I don't think I've ever met anybody that made their own.
    My dad finally quit after years of starting and stopping. It's been at least 10 years now but the first four or five years involved obsessively chewing gum.

    They sell tobacco already cut short and a bunch of different types of cigarette tube, menthol and regular. You just get a little $10 injector and it takes about 6 minutes to make a whole pack. They taste 10x better than store bought IMO
