    There is literally nothing useful about a touchpad they are 100% garbage. I turn mine off. Of course this is just my opinion but that's how I feel. Same reason why mobile gaming does not work for anything that requires a lot of moving.

    I turn mine off, too, as I always bump it when typing. But I hate that have to turn it off every time I wake the laptop up. I wish it would just stay off when I push that off key, until I push it to be back on.

    Since it's a laptop, could use use something like AHK and combine the function button+alt(or win, or ctrl) plus one of the number keys to accomplish what you want since your goal is to keep fingers close to the number keys? (Like pink+ring finger pres func+alt+hot number key?) Similar to 3 finger salute?

    buy a wireless keyboard, so you don't have to type around the trackpad

    and while we're being extravagant, you can mount a very large LED tv to the ceiling (not plasma, they aren't supposed to lay flat), and connect your computer's visual output to the ceiling TV

    get a wireless mouse and keyboard

    buy a hand urinal, and a mini fridge

    now you don't even have to get up to turk -- you can just keep laying down, it's fantastic

    Matt-bot always complains that cinnamon buns are "too gooey all over, I only want them gooey in the middle, "the frosting is too sweet and I can't taste enough cinnamon!" and, "MATT LOVE FLAKY DOUGH!" so, I brushed these bad boys with a cinnamon simple syrup when they came out, used a lot less sugar in the cream cheese frosting, and made them thinner and flaky, instead of all thicc and gooey all over.

    I gotta say, they aren't the way I would normally make em, but they are tasty! Kinda like a cross between a sticky bun and a cinnabon.
