Okay - update time...

Please forgive the lack of technical terminology here, but it looks like the issue is related to how the mturk login plays with my network. I've having a heck of a time doing a hard reset on my modem (insert struggle to find safety pin here), but I set up my mobile hotspot, and connected with no issues. If I don't log out, I'm able to go back to my normal network and use mturk without issue, but as soon as I logout and go back to log in, I'm good to go. Same thing with my phone on the wifi network. If I'm already logged in, no issue, but the act of logging in is what wonks it up. So... off to dig through my junk drawer for something long and skinny...

 

Don't do a hard reset on your modem, just restart it. Unplug it, then wait for a minute or two, plug it back in.
