Poor thing! And this makes me hate your neighbors more. I didn't even realize this part. So, the delay in the fence going up means there's no fenced-in yard for the dog to run around in without supervision for at least a week, right? I repeat, you're a saint.

Oh and while I was there I also got a 8,746 roll pack of toilet paper

 

damn 8746 rolls? That'll last like 3 weeks.
