FWIW, at least in the workspace, I do my best to avoid injecting JS scripts/modifications into the hit frame on purpose. So like the built in qualtrics progress bar stays out of the page DOM so this kind of thing is less likely. Not entirely avoidable (built in hotkeys do the keypress w/ js) but there's nothing specific that should trigger this kind of thing

Still a stupid reason to reject as even a general adblocker would be likely to trigger any checks.. ditto for grammarly I would assume? If you need any help explaining stuff to the requester just message me, happy to reach out if they're being annoying.
