    Match audio to faces using sliders. It seems like you need spend a lot of time finding that sweet spot for most pairs. Entices you with a performance bonus, but hands out only their measly time compensation, which wasn't anything. Avoid this hot steamy pile of garbage, or just hand them crap work and don't spend all day on this.
