    First time it has happened for me in two weeks. I originally had an issue with the script because of umatrix, but I enabled it and never had any issues before now. Just coincidentally happened after a browser update but with everyone mentioning it's happening to them I can pretty much rule the browser out. :emoji_disappointed:

    nope, not really browser related, its been said it was cookies but ive cleared the qualtrics cookie and got this again right away, theres something screwy with qualtrics cause i get that same error about 90% of the time for the larger schools and such that use it, but the smaller ones i get a code
