Like I told my wife earlier tonight, she's been training for this moment her entire life.

That's cool. I'd not mind it if it weren't for that. But, I think we're doing five days down there total, so that adds up. I hope only two are taken up by weddin' stuff because I'd rather hike than be bored.

 

It's a beautiful place. We were there before the fires, but we really did love it.

TBH: By the time our wedding came around, neither Sar nor I wanted to be there.

We just wanted it over. But I guess it's different for errybody.

 

Have been to Gatlinburg before (been about 20 years) but I remember it was incredibly beautiful. Husband and I got married on top of a mountain near here by the ocean - and just told everybody to come. It wasn't closed or anything so our pictures have a lot of tourists in them hahaha - but was beautiful and cheap.

 

I think being able to plan everything online made it easier for me and kept me from getting burned out and frustrated.

I just saw this, and I don't know how big your church is, but the new CDC recommendation is no gathering bigger than 50 to try to keep the curve down as low as possible.

Our church is right at that size. It's a smaller congregation. We discussed it tonight. We'll still hold services, but we aren't doing our "shake hands and fellowship" part And I help clean the church so we make sure and sanitize everything!

 

If you have older members of the congregation, I'd still recommend for them to stay home. Better safe than sorry, etc. etc.

 

Right...they were told it's more than fine for them to stay home, but they haven't so far.

I hate when they do that. I mean at least make up a reason for why you rejected it!

The instructions for rejecting a task tell the requester to put an X in the column.

It's an unfortunate side effect that MTurk just uses that column as the feedback reason

 

That's so stupid. At least some of them are willing to take the time to tell you that you missed an AC or something.
