I have no idea what you are talking about. If anything it has gotten easier to panda due to some bugs that www had that are obviously no longer possible.

 

LOL. I started doing this every now & then as well which has prompted the "I should just add an IRB contact form"

I think it'd be nice to have like an icon that indicates contact/IRB info has been uploaded, but put the actual data behind a logged in request page. So you could see that the Requester has IRB info at your disposal, but you could only get it by logging in & clicking a button to retrieve the data. Something like this:



It seems like a fair compromise between making the data accessible to folks who desperately need it & protecting the Requester's privacy. Requesting the contact info can be logged, so people abusing it (or the Requester) can be removed from the system, but it still rests on the premise that folks will use it to improve their experiences.

Of course I'll contact them, but just seems odd.
