    If you get the message to reload, and you know you haven't returned anything on Endor (not just Brian Z, but anything on Endor), that's not a lockout. Things are out of order, you need to go through your queue, find the HIT that will load and then continue on like normal. You should only ever return the ones that say in the message to actually return the HIT and the rest of the HITs are for other workers.

    Try to reload the frame, if it errors out there will be a feedback form in the HIT.
    Copy all of the text from the feedback form page
    If the feedback form also errors out and gives you an internal server error, message the requester with the feedback form text. They're very good about working with respondents if there's a server error.
