    Restaurants aside from ones in busy locations/ populated areaa etc (an abundance of employees to pick up the slack) - workers don't have the luxury of calling in sick.

    The restaurant with 1 chef wants to call in sick? Welp ok, im sure the owner will be happy with closing down because now there's literally no one to make the food.

    Ehh, I’m not saying you are wrong, just that some places are better than others. Only way to be sure is to not eat anything that is handled by anyone at any stage so nothing but pre packaged and canned
