Overwatch is on crack for me today. Some days the TTS just doesn't work, or stops working. Today it worked when I first woke up and turned it on, but didn't work anytime I reopened the laptop later in the day. That's no big deal, especially on Saturday I'm not working too much.

Until just now... when it became possessed. It started reading off everything that had dinged today. I mean, every single time Sergey dinged, Every time OW was halted (a bunch), every Z that showed up (or re-ding), every Listy survey I don't want to do, am not eligible for, or have already done. I mean, every, single, little, ding. Have I mentioned I first turned it on at 1am, and when I reopen my laptop, I "search all"? ARRRGH! It took over 5 minutes to shut up.

 

Have you tried turning off error handling?

 

No. What does that do other than mess with the TTS?

 

There is some weird bug that causes the TTS engine to crash when it is enabled. It doesn't really do anything important though..

If he ever updated the script he prob would either have it disabled by default or he would remove it.

To be honest I stopped using OW because Ethraiel just doesn't have the time to keep it maintained. I am currently using a custom edit of hit forker to add TTS and that may make its way upstream at some point. You could also just use hit finder instead.
