Can You folks help me here? I really don't much about it or how to fix it.

This is a message I received from a requester who rejected one of my hits.

I am a novice, inexperienced requester, in your complicated crowdsourcing website, and I made mistakes by rejecting a few workers' assignments. Because of me, they couldn't get their payments, and understandably they are concerned of their reputations, which I have damaged by accident.
