    I'm back from jury duty, my lovelies. They didn't finish choosing a jury today, and of course I wasn't one that they called, so I've gotta go back again tomorrow. If they actually end up getting to me, I have a feeling I'll be chosen. And it's not a silly car wreck this time. It's a criminal trial. A major one. UGH. Expected to last at least until the end of the week. I'm intrigued, but my heart was just broken. Blah.

    Today I just sat in the basement jury room, from 815am until after 5pm. UGH!!!

    You sure about that? They usually have a pool of people they call in, and a pool they excuse, and those that are excused are the ones that find out on the website that they don't have to go in. The pool called in sits there during the day as they fill any needed juries and you may or may not get called to one, but they need that group present if and when they are needed.

    We don't have to call because we aren't savages. But yeah it says what group needs to show up and from that group they pick people or something like that.
