hey, who here has used Tamiflu before? When does the 48 hour window start? When you get the sore throat and coughing? Or when the fever hits?

 

First symptoms, though I've heard from some it doesn't really do much, and others claim it's more like 72 hours. Poor thing! Feel better!

thanks, not me though, it's hubby. But if he does have it, I might push to get on it prophylactic, since I"m at risk for complications (asthmatic, morbid obesity, diabetic)

He's had the sore throat since friday mid day, fever just spiked tonight, wasn't sure if it was too late or not, he doesn't have a primary care, we'd be going to a walk-in clinic in the morning

 

it was supposed to shorten the length by like a day or two when I took it and hopefully reduce further complications. I was so miserable at that point, I woulda let the doctor slap me sideways if it meant I'd get over it a day faster.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:
Google HIT. The short writing sections are pretty easy to do because you're on your cell phone and you can do press the little microphone to do the talk to text thing.
Cons:
You have to do it on your cell phone. There's also some short writing.
