    This is a psychology research study conducted by Dr. James Beck and a student investigator, Amy Minnikin, from the Department of Psychology at University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

    In this research study, we are interested in peoples’ opinions of the feedback they give others at work. You will be asked to rate your agreement with 32 statements about your behavior and attitude regarding feedback in the workplace. Then, you will be asked to provide some basic demographic information.

    This survey will take about 7 minutes and you will receive $0.75 USD for completing the survey.

    Please follow the link to a 1 minute screening questionnaire to determine your eligibility for the study. You will continue to the study page if you are eligible. There is no remuneration for completing the screening questionnaire.

    This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board (REB 44181). However, the final decision to participate is yours. If you have any questions about the study, please contact Amy Minnikin at [email protected].
