There are only three sources of tamales. Some guy's trunk, abuella, and the tamale lady. All other are imitation tamales.

 

If anyone needs a sweet pick me up these cookies are yummy and easy! They're a bit fragile, not as sturdy as cookies made with flour, but taste delicious!

Peanut butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

preheat oven to 350
stir all three together til smooth
use parchment paper and scoop mixture onto paper
Use the back of a fork to smush down in a criss cross pattern
These don't spread out so pat them down as thin as you want
Bake for 11-12 minutes.
