    For a very long time I was traumatized because a burger I'd eaten there had the bottom bun soaked in what I can only assume was old grease and I took a big fat bite out of it. Their burgers are usually pretty good, though.

    For anyone that's ever wondered about the page refreshing on a csat bc server issues, I shot them an email about it today and got this response:

    "Thanks for letting us know. Sorry for the troubles. If the server ever does reset like that, you did the right thing in trying to pick the video (generally) back up where you left off."

    I generally restart the video about 15-25 sec before it reset just to be sure :)
