What type of music are/were you into?

 

Yeah this was a similar situation, it was a live venue with a studio in the back and one pesky neighbor that was a problem. I had control over most of the low end from the mixer but I'd have to stay after the bass players to keep their amps down. We did mostly altrock and metal (the garbage new stuff, not the classics), then we got new owners and it was all country cover bands before being bought out again and doing mariachi type stuff, so I got acquainted with all types over time.

 

That sucks, you would think when you you had a "Cabaret Permit" ON Bourbon street you could raise the roof. We were packed until 7AM almost every night except monday. I spun underground house/tribal house
