yes....but until you get your approval rating up, you're not going to be able to do the better paying stuff

 

It would be faster to pay someone to give you dummy hits but you really need to make sure that you don't do too many risky hits without the buffer to deal with it.

 

Last time I checked it wasn't. It costs money to put up $0 hits though.
