No, but if you aren't catching at least some stuff there likely is something very wrong with your workflow.

 

Sounds like you could use some process improvements. My suggestion would be this:

Make use of TVJS. Accept HITs and groom your queue. Toss back anything that's under at least $7 (higher the better) per hour. When you start a task, stay heads down on it until you finish remembering your on the clock. The longer you take the lower the pay per hour drops. It's okay if you're slower than what other people are averaging for task completion time, just bump up the pay per hour you'll decide to keep in your queue. If you only work on tasks that are $10 an hour (by the turkerview estimate) the fact that you're newer and slower will bring down $10/hr to maybe $8. That's still GOOD. Just keep at it and improve your workflow as you can. You can feel like a failure at turking if you don't know which of thousands and thousands of HITs are worth your time.

This. Also if you want to make money you have to remove distractions. When I first started turking I would get on Facebook in between and watch youtube. When I did that I didn't make very much. Now when its time to work I don't have any tabs open that aren't work related. The TV is off and most of the time music is too since I get distracted by it sometimes.

Relax. I meant hit finder. I've been a fan of mTurk Suite since I began here. I only use hit forker on my laptop sometimes because I like that it has less processing needs and catches multiples of everything. I don't mainly work on it.

 

I do not envy the one who has to come up with the alliterations for these threads!
