    It's fine to if it's over rejections. "Majority rules" is usually terrible for workers & they should use golden questions / known answer sets instead (in most cases).

    Consensus is fine for filtering difficult tasks / examples, not as much as an approval/rejection guideline. Even Amazon reqs suggest against it (A9 & CI specifically IIRC)
