    So my air fryer and Instant Pot were random gifts from my Mom. I honestly didn't think I'd use the air fryer being a vegetarian but it is awesome! The rotisserie makes the best fries. And you get more surface area with the trays. Highly recommend.

    And yes to Buffalo Cauliflower! Some other things I make all the time: Spicy Roasted Chickpeas, Baked BBQ Tofu or Tempeh, Pizza Pockets, Air Fried Raviolis, Hard boiled eggs (magic), Air Fried Pickles, all the roasted veggies and fruits (watermelon so good!) and it rocks for making tacos crispy. The Vortex allows you to open the door and it automatically stops cooking and restarts by just closing the door. Almost foolproof.
