    Pros:
    Good pay w/ the bonus. I only got 8/12 questions right, if you can get them all right the bonus will be higher and I think time factors into the bonus as well. I feel lucky I got the qual because some of the terminology used in the test were from newer or different versions of SQL than I've used and it's been some time since I've used it.
