Have you tried restarting chrome with chrome://restart

or rebooting windows? I have heard of similar issues with restarting chrome being the normal fix.

 

Done the rebooting.

 

Try making a new chrome profile and throwing panda crazy into there. It should work.

 

yea i've had that issue before, or when i restart chrome i'll have to do it again for it to kick in

 

I don't ever have the issue but I also rarely close chrome =P

As a last resort, you could start using a new browser, such as Vivaldi (which supports Chrome extensions).
