Morrowind was my favorite game as a teenager. As an adult I have tried to go back to it, and just couldn't. I loved some of the mechanics introduced in Skyrim too much. I remember as a teenager every time I went back to Morrowind, eagerly printing out maps and lists of alchemical ingredients. As an adult I feel like maybe I just don't have the patience or time to commit to something like that.

Yeah kind of disappointing how the series got worse over time. I don't even think I even finished the campaign from 3 although that was peak college time for me so its kinda hazy.

I will say this though, I did enjoy that the Tombraider series came back, the new games are actually good.

Skyrim is definitely a streamlined experience overall. I'd say if you don't particularly enjoy super in depth games and just want something to casually enjoy on the couch, Skyrim is right up your alley. The lack of depth is one of the reasons I was so disappointed in the game, though it does still have top tier atmosphere, the OST was definitely the best thing about the entire game.

The bot and I have become needlessly competitive about everything the longer he works from home, and so we were just flinging sharpies at each other and using bowls to deflect them like shields.

I hit him more times than he got me. I'm not counting or anything, but I'm winning whatever competition we're having.

 

I have 1 sharpie and I always lose it

I wish I had a surplus of sharpies.

That's a personal goal of mine.
