at the grocery store, this employee was walking down the aisle. he turned to another employee and yelled "they cleared out all the cat treats" and they started laughing. 1 of them said they hoped it was for cats.

 

As I eat these I have to remind myself of this...

 

Hey, just checking in. I'm going to ask for good thoughts and prayers. Remember when RJ was sick here a little bit ago? Well he got progressively worse, even with the antibiotics. I had to take him to the ER last night for shortness of breath, cough, and wheezing so loud I could hear him from across the room. They are not testing kids here. AT ALL. So they told me to "take him home and treat him as if he had covid because he probably does". They sent me home with two pages of instructions for people with coronavirus. I have faith that all will be well, that RJ will bounce back and hubs and I won't catch it. But a few extra prayers wouldn't hurt.

 

Big prayers going up! I'm so sorry! That is scary. I hope he get better really, really fast. And I hope you don't catch it!

Thanks y'all. It's nerve wrecking. We're staying at home anyway, so this doesn't really change what we've been doing. I was so upset though about having to stay 6 feet from him even in our home and isolating him as much as possible, I asked when I could even kiss him goodnight again. THe doctor simply said "we don't know".

Thanks so much for the support y'all. I didn't mean to drag down the forum, but I didn't want to blast this out on my facebook, and I needed to let it out. I knew I was safe with y'all.
