I got to see No. 61 and Orange, Red, Yellow in Houston one time. He used really big canvas for his paintings. They look amazing up close.

La Vita, Sergantini. I love the details and I'm a sucker for pastels. I kept going back to stare at it over and over.

I was never all that impressed with art until I started visiting actual art museums. Seeing the stuff up close and trying to actually think about what the artist was doing is eye opening and pretty interesting. I'm especially interested in super old art. It's neat looking at like a Renaissance piece of art and just looking at all the food items that are on the table to get an idea of what sort of things they ate and how it relates to the types of food we still eat. Or taking a look at clothing, architecture, or even the way they decorated their homes. It's neat.

 

Oh I really like this one, its got a foggy feeling to it. Really puts you there.

 

I love the old churches and the baroque styles. Would I love a European tour of museums and churches.....yes yes yes.
