Click the Search and Replace bookmark in your Booksmarks Bar and paste in the URL.

You have to add that script to your bookmarks bar like the HIT says, by dragging and dropping it. (Your bookmarks bar might be hidden, Chrome menu > Bookmarks > Show Bookmarks Bar). Then you just click it when the HIT tells you to.

FWIW when I tried those I could never get the data I input to be accepted and just gave up.
