I don't remember if it was the email or in the hit itself, but yes, I remember it saying something like "while it may be frustrating, please refrain from using foul language" or something like that. I thought it was a stupid thing to say in the beginning....about halfway through I had to remind myself of that particular rule...

 

I've bitten my tongue once or twice...maybe a million times. People are very frustrating. That's the wording from the e-mail. I guess I just never paid attention to that warning, but I try and mind my manners anywho.
