    So update on this situation - he's sent me a screenshot and everything showing that I'm not even in his worker management page :/

    I don't know where to go from here. I offered up the solution of making a private dummy HIT, but I don't know if he'll be willing to go through the hassle just for the sake of troubleshooting it.
