*you are probably right but Mturk is a place that you can post a HIT for an hour work for $2. Requesters do that since they may not have enough funding. You might not get decent** data but people will give it to you anyway with that pay since it is Mturk.

**I am one of you guys but when it comes to good data, god nooooo, Mturk is the last place I will visit. I am making 100 students to wait an extra 15 mins every week for just a $5 Starbucks gift card and half of the data is trash ($5 Starbucks gift card=1.99 university dollars)

 

Thanks for the feedback. I've been trying to figure out how to create those exports, without success so far.

 

We have 2 or 3 scripters who are here and bored right now but most of us here either use the built in function of http://mturksuite.com/ or TurkerHub xPort.

A few legacy scripts like 'great hits export' exist but it isn't as nice imho.

i like what you've done, do you mean an option in the settings menu? I've been spending some time thinking about what i want to do with the next update, I've spent about 30 minutes working on it and about 10 hours thinking of things but some kind of (at least simple) customization has been on my mind for a while now.

Yes, it would be nice to be able to customize the size of the watchButtons from the settings so you might fit your whole list in a single screen (it's not really necessary but I like seeing the whole list without scrolling). I also moved the Start/Stop and Search buttons on the right side because I partially cover overwatch with another tab and in this way I'm able to accept a HIT on the fly but also to check if it stopped because of PRE.

I know this is probably super easy and small potatoes for you, but if you are open to suggestions:

I was able to turn the desktop notification into a panda...but would there be an easy way to keep the notification active if it detects that I have clicked on it? For example, there are certain batches that disappear so quickly, that I would love to be able to manually hammer away at the notification panda until the well runs dry.

 

I like both of those methods

i think that i may have an idea i've been feeling pretty lazy with it lately though so the next update may still take a while
